The children definitely feel that God loves them and that they are cherished for who they are. From Worship Center to circle time; with Chef Combo and in role-play; at music time and working at centers; the children are allowed to explore, create and express themselves in their own unique ways. They know that they are special! We also love that parents are welcome and encouraged to participate in various ways as well. MCP really feels like family. Educational Philosophy:

     Our program will encourage the development of self-esteem, social interaction, self expression, creative expression, physical development, and intellectual growth. We believe that children are unique individuals and that they learn through play by increasing their skills, creativity, and understanding. All children need to grow and develop at their own rates. Activities will be offered that encourage development of the following:
 

PHYSICAL:  small muscle, large muscle, general health and nutrition

SOCIAL/EMOTIONAL:  large & small group participation, dramatic play/role playing, accepting responsibilities

INTELLECTUAL:  problem solving, learning centers, math & science awareness, reading readiness, pre-writing

SPIRITUAL:  daily prayer, worship center, kindness, sharing with others & caring for those in need

CREATIVE EXPRESSION:  various art media, rhythm instruments, creative movement/dance
