Welcome to Messiah Lutheran Church 

We are blessed to live and work and worship in a beautiful area of lakes carved by the glaciers with God’s creative energy.  The same loving power that created this world continues to sustain and direct life in, around, and through us today, and to call us to fill life with God’s love and grace. 

God’s Spirit calls us together as his children to give thanks, to receive forgiveness, to be empowered and equipped for our discipleship in Jesus’ name. 

Our faith is in a God who “shows no partiality” and therefore reaches for relationship with all of us as children in need of his grace, and in grace makes us believers gifted for service to each other and our neighbors.  We are God’s partners in creating a life centered in his love. 

Our mission is to be “faithful witnesses” here, in this place, in this time.  We have been growing for forty years, and the prognosticators suggest our area is going to grow even more rapidly in the coming decades.  We believe that God calls us to challenges and also supplies the energy and resources to take up our tasks.
